We coach athletes of all abilities, ages and backgrounds and strive to create an inclusive community of people to promote good health and well being.

We believe in coaching you the athlete, not the sport and aim to maximise your athletic potential by maintaining a healthy balance between your training goals and your lifestyle.

From our base in Cornwall, UK we provide mulitsports coaching in swim, bike and run and specialise in open water swimming coaching in Cornwall. We provide our online coaching service via Training Peaks to athletes locally and worldwide.

We work with a broad range of athletes from those beginning your journey towards a healthier lifestyle, coming back from injury, aiming to improve mobility through strength and conditioning work or looking to improve your race day and daily nutrition.

Perhaps you are looking to improve your confidence in open water or shave crucial seconds of a competitive swim time, improve your bike handling skills, PB your marathon time or accomplish an ultra marathon

You may be targeting your first sprint triathlon or 5k run or are a seasoned triathlete looking to take your performance to the next level.
