Balancing the challenges of everyday life and multisport training effectively is key to optimising athletic potential. Our coaching takes the guesswork out of training by offering simple to follow coaching and training plans that are tailored individually to each athlete taking account their lifestyles, training history and age.

There is no one size fits all to training. Instead, we offer a holistic approach that accounts for not only swim, bike and run but also utilises strength and conditioning and sports nutrition to optimise your performance whilst offering advice on race preparation and mindset strategies.

We adhere to a patient and sensible approach to training which should add to your life and provide nourishment, not cause unnecessary fatigue by overtraining. We use Training Peaks to analyse our athletes progress and ensure we keep an open and honest dialogue with our athletes to closely monitor their progress.

James has been coaching me since November 2021 and has been very flexible, giving me an individualised training plan, specific to my needs and fitting in around my full time job, two spaniel puppies and various injuries I have suffered over my training period (torn disc, broken toe etc), adjusting my training plan immediately. “I’ve recently joined James and Anna’s swimming group , I was a bit apprehensive about it to be honest, however they made me feel very welcome. I’m not an experienced swimmer so I was looking to build my confidence work on Stroke and technique . James has been very supportive, given me some really helpful advice without overwhelming me with loads of information. I’ve taken part in a few of the group sea swims that James and Anna have organised, safety is always top of the list with a good briefing before each swim. Joining this group has definitely given me more confidence and the belief that I can swim. I would highly recommend these guys and wish I’d joined sooner!
